除铁器Iron Separators RCDD

干式自卸式电磁除铁器，是在RCDB－T系列超强干式电磁除铁器基础上，增加了自动卸铁机构的改型产品，能够连续自动卸铁，适用于各种恶劣环境下选用。 It is used to eliminate the powder or massive waste iron from the nonmagnetic material. The inner adopts the special resin to cast with wholly sealed structure. It features with deep revealed magnetic depth, strong magnetic force, dust-protection and rain-protection, erosion wearing and so on. It can be operated in the harsh environment.

RCYD(C)系列永磁自卸式除铁器是由高性能永磁磁芯、弃铁皮带、减速电机、框架、滚筒等部分组成，与各种输送机配套使用。用于从非磁性物料中自动清除0.1—35公斤重的铁磁性物质。其内部磁路采用计算机模拟设计、完善的双磁极结构，保障整机在恶劣环境中无故障长期运行。 

It is made up with permanent magnetic chip of robust performance, iron-discharging belt, reducer, frame and roller etc. and can match with all kinds of conveyors. It is used to eliminate the ferromagnetic material weighing from 0.1kg to 35kg .Inside we employ the computerized simulating run in the harsh environment for a long period.
