一、产品简介Product Description

ZW系列给料机是我公司工程技术人员采用先进技术,并通过优化设计的新型给料设备,其传动部有一对轴承,机体支承在弹簧支座上,当轴与偏心质量回转时,机体作近似椭圆形轨迹的振动,其工作原理是依靠皮带轮与传动轴的偏心惯性震动,因而产生较大的有规律的振幅,达到自动的振动给料效果。

ZW series self-centering feeder is a new type of feeding equipment developed by our engineers with advanced technology and optimized design. A pair of bearings is installed on the transmission assembly and the machine body is supported by spring seats. When the shaft and eccentric mass are rotating, the machine body will vibrate in an oval track. Its working principle is that the eccentric inertia vibration of the pulley and countershaft generates a regular stroke and thus provides automatic feeding through vibration.
